Most players never get here.
Vote on all 5 sites to earn voting progress toward free ranks. Each site opens in a new tab so you can work through them one by one.
Keep it friendly, fair, and fun for everyone. These rules apply in-game, and staff will use common sense when handling issues.
Checking how many players are online...
No grief. Optional PvP. No pay-to-win.
A tight community that actually looks out for you.
Adult-owned and operated. We run Paper/Spigot with minimal plugins — only the things that make your life easier, never things that change the game you love.
Noobs learn here. Veterans thrive here. Every platform, every skill level — everyone is welcome.
Java or Bedrock — any version from 26.2 onwards works on both platforms.
Multiplayer → Add Server → paste the IP. Bedrock players set port to 19132.
Take your time and click through the information center hologram inside the tree. If you need to return after venturing into the wild, you can always jump back with /spawn.
Full cross-play support means PC, console, and mobile players can all join the same world together.
Use /home at your base to return at any time, /tpa to teleport to your friends, and /rtp to teleport somewhere random to explore the world freely.
A peaceful server with no raiding, no griefing, and no drama. Staff enforce this properly. PvP is optional and there is a dedicated arena.
Claim your territory so only you and trusted friends can build there. Your builds stay protected and easy to manage.
Set up your own shops, buy from other players, and take part in a simple player-driven economy.
Build custom map art and turn your creations into decorative pieces for bases, towns, and events.
Cut down whole trees faster with Timber, making wood gathering much less repetitive and more beginner-friendly.
Move items around your base with CraftBook pipes and build cleaner storage, sorting, and workshop systems.
Vote for the server to unlock better ranks, more perks, and extra rewards over time as you keep supporting the community.
Eight ranks, earned entirely by voting — no money required. Each rank builds on the last, unlocking more commands, homes, shops, and eventually a spot in Grandmaster's Castle.
Donator is the only paid rank, cosmetic only, and offers zero gameplay advantages.
We also have a Hytale server, and its chat is linked with Minecraft so both communities can talk and play together.
Launch the game and head to the multiplayer menu to add a new server.
Enter the server address noob-friendly.com and save it to your server list.
Join the server and use linked chat to talk with players on both the Hytale and Minecraft servers.
Our modded server is linked with the shared chat too, so you can still talk with players on the main Minecraft and Hytale servers while you play.
This server runs on Minecraft 1.21.1 and requires the Noob-Friendly modpack before you can join.
This is the easiest way to get everything set up automatically. Install CurseForge, install the Noob-Friendly modpack, and launch it from there.
Download and install the CurseForge app, then open it and go to the Minecraft section the first time you launch it.
Search for Noob-Friendly. It may not be the first result, so make sure the pack is created by willempjej, then click the orange install button.
Go back, open My Modpacks, hover over the Noob-Friendly pack, and press Play. The normal Minecraft launcher will open, then press Play again.
Once the game finishes loading, go to Multiplayer, click Add Server, and use modded.noob-friendly.com as the server address. Pick any server name and click Done.
Prefer doing it yourself? Download the modpack manually with the button below, install the mods on Minecraft 1.21.1, then connect to the modded server.
Use the download button below to get the Noob-Friendly modpack files for the manual setup.
Set up a 1.21.1 modded Minecraft instance and place the downloaded modpack files in the correct mods folder.
Launch your manually installed modded profile and give it some time to load. A longer startup and a different-looking loading screen are normal.
Open Multiplayer, click Add Server, enter modded.noob-friendly.com, choose any name you want, press Done, and join.
If you get stuck at any point, need help with the manual install, or want more joining info, the Discord server is the best place to ask.
Noob-Friendly is kept running by the community, and every donation goes directly toward server costs. If you'd like to help out, you can donate any amount or open the store to pick something you like. Questions? Contact willempjej on Discord.
